This Shipping Policy explains how your order is processed, printed, and delivered.

Order Processing

Most of our products are made to order. This means your item is printed after your order is placed.

Please allow time for:

  • Order processing
  • Printing and fulfilment
  • Packaging
  • Delivery by the shipping carrier

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability, order volume, and fulfilment times.

During busy periods, holidays, or unexpected delays, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method available at checkout.

Typical estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: approximately 3–7 business days after fulfilment
  • Europe: approximately 5–12 business days after fulfilment
  • United States, Canada, Australia, and other international locations: approximately 7–20 business days after fulfilment

These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by customs, postal delays, public holidays, local courier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, product type, and available shipping method.

Before completing your order, you will be able to review the shipping cost.

International Shipping

We may ship to selected international locations.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges that may apply in their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customs delays may also affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the item.

If the shipping carrier confirms that the parcel has been lost, we will work with our fulfilment partner to arrange a suitable solution where possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

  • A clear photo of the item
  • A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged
  • A brief explanation of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
