We want you to be happy with your order. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues are handled.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Made-to-Order Products

Many of our products are printed on demand. This means each item is produced after you place your order.

Because of this, we may not be able to accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Choosing the wrong colour
  • Changing your mind after the item has been printed
  • No longer wanting the item

However, we will always help if your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a UK or eligible consumer buying online, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exception applies.

If your item has not yet gone into production, we may be able to cancel it.

If your order has already been printed, packed, or shipped, cancellation may not be possible because the item has been made to order.

Faulty, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if relevant

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution. This may include:

  • A replacement item
  • A refund
  • Another resolution depending on the situation

Size Issues

Please check the size guide carefully before placing your order.

As our products are made to order, we may not be able to offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size was selected by the customer.

If the wrong size was sent due to a fulfilment error, please contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

Returns

Before returning any item, please contact us first at:

Do not send items back without contacting us first, as we need to confirm the return process and return address.

If a return is approved, the item must usually be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with any original packaging where possible

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a return or issue has been reviewed and approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect:

  • Made-to-order products
  • Custom printed items
  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Items damaged by misuse
  • Items returned without approval
  • Items returned outside the return window

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after it has been approved, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
